Coaster Calendar Class Kit in the Mail

Ok, several of you have asked if I would do the 2009 Coaster Calendar Class as a Kit that you could get in the mail.

So I sat down and figured it out, and I thought....sure, why not! I have done long distance classes before, usually people I know personally though, so I am tickled that you are interested in it, when you don't know me except for my blog...thanks!!!

So here it is so you can see what we are talking about: Coaster cal 08

If you would like the Coaster Calendar Kit mailed to you, it will be $35.00. I can only do this for my readers in USA, I can not do classes for out of the country.

Cause the class is $25.00 (and includes everything to make this calendar) then $10.00 extra for the colored copy(s) so you can see how to put it together, instructions, and it will be priority mailed to you. How's that?

You will have to put it together at home, so you will need to supply your own snail, crop-a-dile, glue dots, corner rounder, glue stick or tombow multi-purpose glue.

If you are interested, send me an email at DiGibbs@stampingwithdi.com -put Coaster Calendar Kit in the subject line, so I will snag those emails right away.

Then you will have to mail me a check ok?

If you have any questions at all, let me know.   Since this was unexpected, I will need to order some more supplies, so I will be taking orders only until October the 17th, and I may have to limit how many I take...so we will play it by ear ok?  Thanks for being interested in the calendar. (this has been added since original post - I only have a few left, so let me know right away if you want to order one!- thanks)

(this has been added, since the second add....all the calendars have been spoken for - thanks so much for being so excited about them - Hugs Di)

(this has been added since the third add...I will not be selling just the instructions for the calendar.  Since I never intended this to be a class in the mail kit, and decided to do it once people started asking that is how I want to leave it. There are other Demonstrators out there that sell on-line classes already, UStamp is one of them, so if you are interested in those, you should check them out.  I feel if I start selling or telling how the calendar was made it will not be fair to the people who have paid the money for the kit.  If you missed out, I can put your name on a waiting list...just let me know if you want me to do that.  I really hope you understand and are not mad.)

Simple silhouettes tall So I was bloggin' around and came upon this fun blog - in fact I ordered a t-shirt from there a while back...just could not remember where I had got it.  It's the "Stamping Makes You Thin" one...hmmm....mine must be broken though...cause it ain't workin'.  Anyway, so this is my tweaked version of the card on there.

Stamp Set: Pocket Silhouettes, personalized stamp from SU! (my sister Jacqui - sent me some fun sayings one time in an email, so I had some personalized stamps made up) that is a fun story all in itself, remind me to tell you sometime!

Paper: Basic Black, Whisper White, Going Gray

    Ink: Jetblack Stazon

Misc: White gel pen, black gingham, 1 3/8" circle punch

Up close silhouette See how it is popped out? That is totally different then pooped out!

I also got in the mail today....did you hear me screaming, and being so excited?  I got my first Sophie, and Riley's from Hanna Stamps.  I also got my first set of Copics too. And let me just tell you this, my friends (sound like McCain don't I? - my friends) these are the BOMBIEST - that is better then the BOMB!

First sophie first copics I just stamped the little Ballet Sophie and colored her to try out the Copics, but I have not made anything yet with her.

Isn't she cute, and if you order her, a portion of the proceeds from the sale of this stamp will go to the Kelly Laude Cancer Fund.

I will make something with her tonight as I am watching CSI/Grays Anatomy/CSI/Grays Anatomy (we need a TIVO), and then ER...oh and I wanted to watch that comedy Kath & Kim or whatever the heck it is called, with the SNL girl...crap-a-louie! I don't know what to watch.

Have a great Friday, the weekend is almost here!  Thanks for stopping in!

    Hugs, Di

My kids and I call it the "The Bomb Slickety" !! I don't know why but we love the word! My twins compete to see who can get called the Bomb Slickety first! I love the Riley Stamps. They're the only ones that I haven't ordered. (I must stop this madness...) I'm glad you're having fun with them. I found Copics for a phenomenal deal from a place called The Carpe Diem Store. Once you order Copics from them, the next order is 10% off. And I believe they are only $3.95 a piece to start with. Gotta love that!

You need TIVO...it's like....when you buy your first car..you wonder how you managed without it. It's like when you first fall in love and wonder how you managed without it...um...I think.
You know what I mean..go get it! You will love it! LOL
    LOVE this card!

Yay!! Thanks for the shout out - I had a huge smile when your blog popped up in my reader this morning!!! :)
