Today was a busy day. I got up bright and early to head over to Trilogy for the Top Note Chum Class.
They made these little guys. I found them on Tammy Beaver's blog. They could make as many as they wanted at class.
I took a couple pictures of the girls making their chums.
No one was at the Elf table when I was taking pics.
I think everyone enjoyed themselves, and they whipped almost 52 of them out (we had a couple ladies out sick and they couldn't make it. Penny and Mercy get better real soon!) in about 3 hours!
So when I got up this morning Aunt Flo(w) had arrived. I never know what to expect any more. I swear once I had my tubes tied it got super bad. In high school the Doc put me on birth control pills to help, and I had two strokes while on them. So that was not good, and also has me worried about any kind of hormone treatments in my future. So anyway, I was fine until I finished loading up and my truck and started to drive home and the pains started, I made it home, and went right to bed. But it was so bad I was past the point of being able to sleep it away. So a few hours of crying, and clutching my stomach, the pain finally subsided where I could go to sleep. I wish the Doc would just give me some pain pills that would knock me out when it got like that. It is my left side that causes me problems...even with all the pain I was thankful that it came after I was done with the girls, and also that it was not this coming Friday when we will be standing in line for New Moon...ok anyway, sorry for all that girl chatter...I hope I didn't lose you...cause look at this adorable card...it has a basket and you know how I love to color baskets, wood and buckets...things like that.
What do you think? Is it so adorable that you forgive me the prior paragraph?
Paper: Really Rust, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White, Hostess Level 1 paper pack
Ink: Basic Black
Misc: White Taffeta, Stumps, Sansodor, Watercolor Pencils
This is a standard size card 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
If the card looks blurry, I have found if you click on it, it will make it bigger and then it seems clearer.
Well I gotta get to bed....I am only half way through my re-read of New Moon and I wanted to finish it before the movie on Friday...will I do it? I don't think so, but never say never. I have read it before, I am just jogging my memory. But it is amazing how I have forgotten things in it.
Have a great Thursday and thanks for stopping in!
