Movies I Recommend

  • "Death at a Funeral"
Make sure you get the original 2007 British version. So many funny moments, I love swearing in a British accent. Oh and Uncle Alfie on the crapper..."it's touch and go" and "you missed a bit" - Classic
  • "Barefoot in the Park"
This is so funny, Jane Fonda's Mum and all the stairs is hilarious and when she gets drunk....ya gotta watch it!
  • "The Butterfly Effect"
Make sure to watch BOTH versions, the theatrical and the director's cut...let me know which one YOU liked best!
  • "Mr. Holland's Opus"
I love Richard Dreyfuss, since Jaws and this movie is so uplifting and beautiful.
  • "Serendipity"
I think this is one of my favorite movies of all time...well at least the one with NO vampires in it...ha! I believe in fate...do you?

I'm a Twilight Freak...are You?

You were great on stage! I loved your popping pastels and the wwc cards! I can't wait to try that when I get home! I wish I could have met you in person, but it was cool watching you on stage! I love all your work!

Diana, you did great on stage! Although we didn't meet at convention like I had hoped, I enjoyed your presentation and must say you are the BOMB when it comes to watercoloring!! I learned so much and will have to try the wwc on the acrylic block ~ loved that! Congratulations on being #40 of DOY :)

During my session you did great. I could tell you were a little nervous when you started, but you settled down pretty quickly (and I loved your cards). It was so great to meet you in person, I wish I had a little more time to talk to you, but I was nervous just talking to you how funny it that! Maybe next time I'll feel more comfortable talking to everyone, I really was feeling star struck which is funny because I haven't been that way with actual stars! Congrats on your Awards!

Oh that is so cute!!! love it. Wish I had been there.

Your presentation was great! I forgot how much I liked pastels and the technique of Versamark where you pound the color on with the sponge dauber. For sure using that one in my stamp club. It was great to be able to meet you as well at the Evening to Remember event. :) I have the picture of us ready to go--I see you are on Facebook, I can tag you in it.

Happy Stamping now that you are home--aren't you just bursting with ideas now??

Hugs,
Amy

Bombed? Oh please, there was now possible way. You were the bomb!! I absolutely enjoyed your demonstration so much I went back a second time for it. Don't tell the SU people I skipped another thing to do this. Everyone, this woman (who I got to at least say hi to along with her BFF Tracy)was wonderfully delightful. I think that I even saw her wearing "the shoes" too. Did you hear me scream for you when you walked the stage? I was so proud to say to my friends "I follow her blog". All you people that aren't SU demonstrators you have got to sign up and do this wonderfully fun convention next year. I have never had more excitement and fun. I even went totally by myself. Diane thanks for sharing your wonderful talent with us. When I wore my Roscoe shirts you wouldn't believe the number of people that identified me as Roscoe's mommy but didn't know my name. It was hilarious.

Loved your presentation and your Evening to Remember Card was so beautifully watercolored. My room mate swapped with you and I really wanted to steal the card from her but she would have none of that. Wish I had had the chance to meet you. :( Maybe another time, just wanted to let you know that I thought you did great on the Main Stage! Thanks, Tonya

This is on my wishlist......gotta have it!!!!

Very pretty. I wish I had of been there to see you on stage!
Luv ya
Jax

Diana you did an awesome job on demonstration and I expected nothing less! you were so calm too!! It was so great to finally meet you in person! What did you think of my friend's tatoo? Cool huh? BTW in all the excitement we forgot to tell you about the tee shirt she found at the mall there "BITE ME....Robert Pattisson only please! and on the back was the poem of the entire saga!

Some Kind Words

  • "Thanks for the video. Have been wanting to do this and once again...you have inspired me. :)" - Gladys

  • "Thank you so very much for continuing to show samples and "how to" instructions and videos of your fantastic and creative projects. I can't even express how much it is appreciated." - Kim

  • "You totally crack me up girl. I love you, and we have never met." - Wilma

  • "If I wasn't a demonstrator already, I'd be joining your team. :) Thanks for always sharing your ideas and excitement for SU! My upline quit several years ago, so I've been blessed to have sideline sisters that help and encourage. Convention was a blast... like a bunch of crazy family getting together for a reunion! now I'm going to "go, go, go"... LOL" - Shelly

  • "I highly recommend this tutorial. I have dabbled with water coloring and didn't think I was too bad at it, but this tutorial has a number of helpful tips in it that immediately helped improve my technique. Even with the low price, I was apprehensive to purchase it because I felt a video was needed. You have managed to do it with a very reasonably-priced PDF. I am sorry I didn't purchase it sooner." - Dorrie
