The Nicest Things
September 04, 2010
I am about half way done with my Founder's Circle cards, and that makes me feel good, for a while there I thought I would be doing them up till I leave. I just am not sure how to pack them. They are going to take 3 forget me not keepers to get them there, and I am like undecided if I leave them in there or put them in gallon ziplock bags. What are the chances that I get back the same amount of thickness of cards?
Paper: Basic Black, Watercolor Paper, Play Date DSP
Ink: Jetblack Stazon, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, Marina Mist, Pink Pirouette, Early Espresso, Real Red, Rich Razzleberry, Certainly Celery, Old Olive
Misc: Old Olive Taffeta, Red button, Scallop trim border
This was my demonstration on using the Getting Started Collection of colors. I really want to color this image again with different colors.
I'll have to make a card to take to Tracy, for letting me come visit. Tracy and her cutie patootie hubby Steve have been planning stuff for when I am there. I can hardly wait to sit at the kitchen bar and drink one of Tracy's slush's that will mean I am really there. Oh and also this toasted almond drink. I remember when I went the first time I went right after a big event so I was so tired that I could not even keep my eyes open, so Tracy said to go lay down on the couch and they would wake me up in an hour or so, well I think they let me sleep for hours, and I missed the home made ice cream and everything. What a fun guest I am eh? Well I am bringing my little pillow on the plane ride and I want to get all my sleeping in BEFORE I get there.
This might be (I have to look at my files) be the last card to show you from my demo. I think I have shown them all now. I still have samples of displays to show you as well. Which is good, cause I have a private Owl punch workshop and 2 classes to get designed, plus all the September to Remember make n takes to cut and prepare and bag.
I am headed over to MAMMa's tomorrow with Rhonda to get started. I want to get as much done as we can.
So I am gonna call it a night and hit the hay!
Have an awesome Saturday, and thanks for stopping in!
