Diorama Card Tutorial

015 copy

So I don't know what to call this card, a box card? a diorama card? Not sure, but it's cool. I got the cutest card from Ann Clemmer at Founders Circle and I knew we had to do it for Spring Fling, it looks complicated, and it's not. It looks impressive, and it is.  Here is the video tutorial I promised you. Thanks Ann for the inspiration.  Give Stamper a hug for me.

You will notice that I found my ring...I went to Costco today with Jayne and lost my list and I thought it might have fallen down by the side of the seat (the list was in my purse...but that is beside the point) so when I bent down to look, there was my ring barely sticking out of the crack of seat.  So I figure one more ride and my butt would have pushed it clear into the cushion. I am so happy I found it, I got it on one of our Stampin' Up! cruises and my sister Jacqui got the same one.

Here is the card when it is open. You can see the greeting through the punched hole.

Here it is from the top so you can get an idea how it works.

Here it is in all it's beauty! I was inspired by Monica Gale for the little flower and Hello tag. Thanks Monica!

Let me know if you make one of these cards, it is really so easy, and I think sticking a photo back there would be cute. I want to try it with different punch shapes.

If you want the hole in a different spot that the punch can't reach, you could use the Magnetic Movers and Shapers Die.

I want to say a big thank you for all the comments and emails I got today about our almost fire, you make my heart feel so good with your kind words.  I do believe we had an angel watching out for us, cause I think yesterday could have ended so much worse. Sending you big hugs back!

Have an awesome Saturday and thanks for stopping in.
