People used to say that about Arizona, even I said it, but really lately the humidity has been so high and when it is 112 degrees it is miserable, and I am constantly sticky and OMG! my hair!!! Curly and nuts, I told Jeff I was cutting it all off, and he said no. He likes it long. I told him I give it till winter and if it didn't straighten out (no pun intended) off it goes. I don't mind the curly part, but it feels frizzy too.
We had a blast today at Fall Fest, I'll post more pics throughout the week, but this old gal is whooped and I need a shower and I wanna put on my pj's. Even the cardstock felt weird today like extra moisture in it...anyway.
This was one of the make n takes we did today, an easy but adorable glass ornament. With strips of Festival of Prints DSP rolled into it.
Maybe making the ornament made us think of winter and snow...nope it's still hot and muggy, but I think everyone liked it!
We just used new cotton ribbon tied on top, and some black satin to hang it on the tree, and a little greeting hooked on with a vintage trinket pin! Put a little shredded paper in the bottom of our craft boxes and voila' what a cute gift.
OK, I wasn't kidding about the shower, someone's stinky, and Toby is looking at me saying "and it aint me Mum".
Have a blessed Sunday and thanks for stopping in.
