...fingernail.

I got tired of it, and I thought I would go back to my black fingernails. I used to wear them all the time and love them, but hated that the polish comes off on my cards so I stopped and just always did french manicure, but this is shellac nail polish and Selena says it won't come off, so I am a happy girl. Look how old my hands are getting yikes!

This is another card for Stamp Club, I can't remember if I got it from the Founder's Swap or the GoDiva swap, and it might have had who made it on the clear envelope but I took it out and didn't notice it, and it is not on the card. So whoever it is, I love it.

It opens up really neat, and the framelits line up when it is closed.

I went and got my hair cut today and I just got a trim, I couldn't cut it off. It always looks better after a trim, I just need to do that more often, I tell myself every time.  I'll go get color next month, used to last about three months, now I like it better every two months, man it sucks to be old.

Toby did get a cute cut and they even put a Halloween bow on his collar.

This is one of the cards from Stamp Club this month.  I got a swap card from my friend Jenny Peterson at Founder's Circle and I cased it. Thanks Jenny. If you are interested in joining my local or long distance club let me know and I can send you more information.

I had class today and I wanted to show the last card and the box we did in class. I am partial to the Fox image because that is my maiden name.

I saw a card by Kim Score and just tweaked it a little bit. Thanks Kim!!

Speaking of cute, I had to share probably one of the best pictures Eric has taken in a while, he can be a goofball and not want to smile when I take his picture, half the time he sticks his tongue out, this is him eating his birthday dessert, on the special occasion red plate setting.

Such a cutie patootie I must admit.

Today is my BFF Tracy's birthday, how fun that Eric and Tracy's birthday's are so close together. I love her and miss her every day and wish she lived closer. Here we are in February when she came to visit. Getting pedicures. Such fun! Happy Birthday BFF!!

Well this old gal had better hit the hay, I have a hair appointment tomorrow, I am going back and forth if I am going to cut my hair off or not...

Have an awesome Tuesday and thanks for stopping in.

Happy Birthday Eric

Hard to believe our little boy is 24 today. Time sure flies. I love this picture of him (even with his wacky beard), he has that up to something grin on his face. It almost looks like he is driving but Eric will never drive because of his learning disabilities, we are very lucky that his job picks him up each day and brings him home too or I don't know what we would do.

We are so lucky to have Eric in our lives, his life might not be the life we envisioned for him when he was born, but we wouldn't trade him for anything.

We went to dinner the other night after we went phone shopping for his birthday present but we will see if he wants to do anything special when he gets home from work.

Happy Birthday Eric. We love you!

Thanks for letting me take a break from my regular blog to post this special post today.

Have an awesome Monday and thanks for stopping in.

Cute Puppy

Another quick post as I have class in the morning.  We had our annual block party tonight and it was nice to go over and see everyone, it seems like every year I have a class at night and miss it but this year I didn't. What is funny is down the street from the block party another party is going on and I think it is a Quinceanera, so it is battle of the DJ's. I can still hear the Quinceanera music at my house...good thing I sleep with my hearing aids out.

We played some game where you pass around this battery operated thing that has a word and you have to describe it to your team mates and the time ticks down as you pass it around. Try playing that as a deaf person with music blaring, trying to understand a man with an accent and another man chewing on a plastic teeth flosser as he talks, oh and off to the side about 10 guys are playing left right center...let's just say I think our team won 1 out of 3, it was fun though. I was good and didn't eat very much, I keep hearing MAMMa, "just three bites" if you want something like a dessert (but I didn't eat the desserts I am keeping my sugar down), and also "nothing tastes better than skinny". So I do think before I eat stuff now. I am down almost 7 pounds so I am a happy camper.

Here is another of the cards for tomorrow, I barely tweaked it at all. I saw a card by Emma Fewkes, thanks Emma.
